Do you only open on selected dates?

We are opening Sunday 21st November 2021, then will be operating on fridays, saturdays and sundays only following on from this date. This will allow us time to carry out our usual farming activities during the week. Check the opening times here and reserve your slot to visit us via the online booking system.

We would like to visit outside of the specified opening times, is this possible?

We are very busy on the farm looking after our animals, so we won’t be able accommodate customers outside of the specified times.

Can we return our tree?

Trees are a perishable product and will deteriorate with time and so are non-refundable.

Can we bring a dog?

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times

Can I have a go at chopping down my own tree?

Due to health and saftey regulations you won't be allowed to use any of our, or your own equipment within the field. But don't worry, our friendly staff will take care of the cutting and netting of your tree, you just need to find and tag your favourite.

How does the online booking system work?

In 2021 we are operating an online booking system instead of booking via facebook or email. One slot should be booked per vehicle. Each booking will cost £5 and will include a £5 voucher which is redeemable against any tree you purchase. E.g. Bring a tree costing £30 to the checkout, show your £5 voucher (from your email) and this tree will only cost you £25 on the day. Your £5 voucher must be used in full at the time of purchase and can't be exchanged for cash. The voucher can only be redeemed when purchasing a tree.

My time slot is only 15 minutes long, can I stay longer than this?

The time slot relates to your arrival time, not the length of your stay. You're welcome to spend as long as you would like in our plantation.
