Customer Care
Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately and according to the weather conditions. Wellies or sturdy boots are a “must”.
We reserve the right to close the plantation in the event of extreme weather conditions.
Please drive slowly and carefully in the car park area.
There is no vehicle access beyond the hard-surfaced track & car parking area. The plantation is only suitable for getting around on foot, and only for those whose fitness & mobility would be described as normal.
Please be aware there are ruts and holes in the ground in parts of the plantation. Customers should make themselves aware of the ground conditions around them to minimise the risk of slips trips & falls as we can not be held accountable.
Plant and equipment will be in use on the plantation – this will include quad bikes, trailers/electrical tools. All equipment is for staff use only and not for customer use under any circumstances.
Entrance to the plantation is entirely at customers’ own risk and Durham Christmas Trees accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred.
We ask all visitors to adhere to social distancing and current COVID rules and regulations.
